Want to try....

What: Arm Triagle

Position: Mount

How: Scoot as high up on your opponent as you can. Position your right hand on the left side of your opponent's head (mirror). With your left hand, use an upward sweeping motion to move oppoent's right arm up towards his head. (Position check: your opponent's right arm and head should be in between your right arm and your head). Bring your body close to your oppoent by hooking your right hand behid and around the neck of your oppoent. Secure this hold by grabbing on to the right shoulder of your oppoent. Use your head to keep his right arm in place and out of your way. Shift your weight to the right -- this will rock your opponent up while exerting more pressure on his neck. Flex your right bicep. IF the hold is tight enough, you can choke your opponent out at this point. Otherwise, seal the deal by placing your right hand on your left bicep and reach for the back of your head with your left hand.

I haven't actually learnt this choke yet, you can bet next class I'll be all over it! We'll see what happens :)
